Summer Mommy Daughter session, Philadelphia PA Maternity Photographer
Being a pregnant mommy waiting for your next baby is a special experience. You're excited to meet the newest little one to join your family, and probably spending a lot of time thinking about the children already in your life. That time before your second baby arrives is so special; you're on the verge of a new family dynamic, and stopping to appreciate your family as it is now feels so important.Sarah was just weeks away from meeting her new baby girl, but really wanted to take some time out to soak up her "big" girl, Abigail. So we met up just before sunset. The shoes quickly came off so the girls could run around in the grass and play in that golden light that was just perfect for highlighting these girls' gorgeous red hair. Grandma and grandpa are a special support for this strong mama, and they came along for the fun. Abigail clearly loves her grandparents so much, and the way they look at their daughter and granddaughter is so sweet and heartwarming. I was honored to capture these moments of this beautiful family just as they were ready to welcome their newest little member.

This little miss just loved leading her mommy around. There is no doubt that she has a strong personality, I can just imagine her taking her new little sister by the hand and leading her the same way.
She was so happy to go her own way, leaving mommy, grandma and grandpa to watch and wonder at their amazing little girl.
Abigail was getting sleepy, so we took a quick "nap" break to get some images of snuggle time with mommy.
Sleepy time didn't last long though, as Abigail had more amazing personality to show off!
There's just something irresistible about gorgeous baby bellies and sweet little toes.
